Professor Morlier is a graduate of the University of Maryland at Baltimore, and a Special Agent with the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations. Professor Morlier has over ten years of college teaching experience, and over 25 years of law enforcement experience.
