Since the fall of 2009, Samantha Davis (Phelps) has been an Adjunct Faculty member teaching GVPT electives on the Shady Grove campus.  Additionally, she has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC).  Samantha received her undergraduate degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA and her M.A. from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
