Dr. Eric Wish is an Associate Professor and Director of the BSOS Center for Financial Literacy Education (CFLE). From 1990-2022, Dr. Wish served as the Director of the Center for Substance Abuse Research (CESAR) at the University of Maryland, College Park. He continues in his role as Principal Investigator of the Emergency Department Drug Surveillance (EDDS) system studies at CESAR. Dr. Wish received his Ph.D. in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis in 1977.
