CCJS Ph.D. alum, Tom Alexander, was promoted to Hagerstown Police Department Captain on Tuesday, July 10, 2018. 

Tom joined the Hagerstown Police Dept. in 1975, and was a lieutenant for the past 19 years. His dedication to the department is extraordinarily evident in his over four decades of service for Hagerstown Police.
