Julia Caspero is a third-year doctoral student in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice. She has also served as the policy analyst at the Maryland State Commission on Criminal Sentencing Policy (MSCCSP). Julia graduated with a B.A. in Government and Politics and Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland. Her research interests include courts and sentencing, inequality, and the collateral consequences of punishment.
