Julia Caspero is a master’s student in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice. She also serves as the policy analyst at the Maryland State Commission on Criminal Sentencing Policy (MSCCSP). Julia graduated with a B.A. in Government and Politics and Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland. Prior to attending graduate school, she worked as a research analyst on Department of Justice contracts relating to victim services and program evaluation. Her research interests include sentencing, corrections, and collateral consequences.
