Announcing an Online Graduate Certificate Program in Criminal Justice Administration (CJA)

The Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice now offers an online Graduate Certificate in Criminal Justice Administration (CJA).

The Graduate Certificate in Criminal Justice Administration (CJA)  is designed to prepare criminal justice professionals for the next level of career advancement by providing them with the foundation needed to understand and apply evidence-based research to their professional endeavors.

All classes are offered entirely online to accommodate the demands of your busy schedule, and in just 12 months you can earn your Certificate.

To earn a Certificate in Criminal Justice Administration (CJA), students must successfully complete the following four courses:

  1. Making Sense of Criminal Justice Methods and Statistics
  2. Ethics in Criminal Justice
  3. Translating Research into Practice
  4. One of the following electives: Technology in Modern Policing, Terrorism, Campus Safety, or Building Partnerships
