Congratulations to Dr. Laure Brooks for being named a 2017-2018 Philip Merrill Presidential Scholars Faculty Mentor by her student, Kinsey Rose Manchester! The Merrill Presidential Scholars Program honors the University of Maryland's most successful seniors and their designated University faculty and former teachers for their mentorship.
