Lauren Hinckley is a Master’s student in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Maryland, College Park. She began her academic career at Montgomery College, where she discovered her passion for criminology and criminal justice, before transferring to the University of Maryland to complete her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice in Spring 2025.
