Meghan is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice. She currently serves as an Embedded Research Analyst for the Maryland Crime Research and Innovation Center and the Baltimore Police Department. Her personal research interests include criminal justice responses to persons with mental illness, stigma and collateral consequences (particularly related to health and mental health), program evaluation, and evidence-based policy.
